Introduction

These Terms apply to users who download or use HappyModd from Apple App Store. By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Apple's policies.

Apple App Store Policies

Apple may enforce additional rules and requirements. Your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

License

You are granted a limited license to install and use the app on Apple devices using iOS/iPadOS as permitted by the Apple App Store.

Ownership

All app assets, trademarks, code, and content are the exclusive property of HAPPyMODD LTD. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

In-App Purchases (Apple)

In-App Purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s secure payment system. We do not store or control your payment information.

Refund Policy (Apple)

Refunds must be requested directly from Apple via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Apple alone determines refund eligibility. HAPPyMODD LTD cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Advertisements

The app may display ads from AdMob or other Apple-approved ad networks. Ads follow Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

User Conduct

• No illegal activity.
• No modification, reverse engineering, or interference with app functionality.
• No harmful or infringing content.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

HAPPyMODD LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Apple policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws.
